Your Arrival
Your room at Kingwood will be ready from 3pm. Upon your arrival at the resort, our front desk agent will greet you with a warm socially distanced welcome complete with your hygienic room key and helpful information for the time you are with us.

Daily Housekeeping
To maintain household integrity, we will be offering a "housekeeping light" service during your stay. This means that no one will enter your room for the duration of your stay. Any additional items can easily be requested from reception.
