Spa Policies

No one under the age of 16 is permitted in the spa without a guardian. Children are strictly forbidden in service areas and treatment rooms. Teens under 18 must have written permission from a parent or guardian in order to receive any services.

Reservations

Spa services are available by appointment on a daily basis. We recommend calling in advance to ensure that your preferred appointment times are available.

Check In

The Spa & Fitness Center requires $10 daily fee for member-guests. This fee provides for unlimited use of all the facilities, excluding Spa treatments (i.e., facials, manicures, massages, etc.) and is valid for the entire day of purchase. The daily member-guest fee is not applicable if you have an appointment for spa treatments.

Spa treatments or Services

Please arrive 15 minutes early for your appointment. Each service is customized to meet your personal needs. If this is your first visit with us, you will be asked to fill out a brief consultation card so that your therapist can tailor your service to your particular needs.

In order to assure privacy and warmth during spa treatments, we have a towel draping policy and, when requested, disposable underclothes can be supplied. You may bring bathing attire, if preferred, in order to fully relax during your treatment; however, a few products do stain.

Sauna, Steam Room, & Whirlpool Policy

When using the saunas, steam rooms, and whirlpools, please use caution. Heat can be dangerous to pregnant women and people with heart disease, high or low blood pressure, or diabetes. No one under the age of 16 is permitted to use the saunas, steam rooms, and whirlpools.

Indoor Pool

No one under the age of 16 is permitted in the pool area or indoor pool without a guardian.

Fitness Center

No one under the age of 16 is permitted in the Fitness Center.

Customary Gratuity

While not required, we recommend a gratuity of 15-20% of total service.

Cancellations

All services are specifically reserved based on availability. In order to accommodate you, we require a 24-hour notice for any changes or cancellations or a fee of 100% of the scheduled services will be charged.
